(“Meadowbank”) is a Calgary-based consultancy founded by Nick Kuzyk, MBA, dedicated to helping clients create enduring value through investor relations and complementary services. Originally established in 2006, the firm was re-launched in 2020 with a renewed focus on delivering scalable IR solutions and support across eight core practice areas—including business development, capital markets, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and strategy. Meadowbank helps clients close execution gaps caused by limited time, energy, or internal capacity—empowering them to grow, clarify their story, and strengthen investor relationships.
